Colorado Commercial Real Estate Initiative (CREI)

The Colorado Commercial Real Estate Initiative aims to make green building practices the standard in the construction, renovation, operation and leasing of Colorado’s commercial buildings. CO-CREI will help create this reality by:

presenting the compelling business case for green buildings to owners and occupants
connecting professionals working in our commercial real estate sector with the U.S. Green Building Council Colorado Chapter and other green experts
evaluating and highlighting resources to facilitate the widespread adoption of commercial green building practices in Colorado
