The U.S. Green Building Council is committed to a sustainable, prosperous future through LEED, the leading program for green buildings and communities worldwide. Our vision is that buildings and communities will regenerate and sustain the health and vitality of all life within a generation. Our mission is to transform the way buildings and communities are designed, built and operated, enabling an environmentally and socially responsible, healthy, and prosperous environment that improves the quality of life.
USGBC Colorado is a community of USGBC, which strives to engage, educate and encourage the Colorado community to live in and support the advancement of a sustainable, environmentally responsible and economically prosperous built environment.
We accomplish this by:
- Communicating and engaging the community in opportunities that expand their collective knowledge and experience through LEED certification recognition, outreach and networking
- Providing resources that instill innovation, passion, challenge and meaning through events, trainings, conferences, and supporting like-minded organizations
