We provide high-quality and diverse educational opportunities on all aspects of green building throughout the Metro Denver area. Topics include but are not limited to site selection, building design, resource utilization strategies, financing, construction, and ongoing building operations. The Education Committee's various programs target a diverse range of audiences by offering both introductory level topics as well as in-depth, technical discussions.

The Education Committee is currently seeking a limited number of qualified and motivated volunteers to assist in continuing and expanding its current educational events. The Committee meets monthly and supports a minimum of fifteen events annually. Committee members work with volunteers throughout the green building community, including USGBC Metro Denver Steering Committee members to select topics, speakers and locations for events, as well as to publicize and staff events.
