Achieving Green Building Goals By Establishing "High Performance Buildings for Life"

Given the environmental, energy, and budgetary challenges that are our responsibilities today, now is the time to use the availability of new technologies to our best advantage – by beginning the implementation of a “Predictive Maintenance” program. By doing so, we will ensure that the green facilities we’ve constructed for comfort, safety, productivity, and energy efficiency remains true to our original green design throughout their life – as “High Performance Buildings.”
