This session will start with Lessons Learned from the Justice Center construction project; next it will cover vertical construction/remodels planned under the Better Denver Bond Program to compare/contrast differences before & after the Executive Order policy was implemented that requires new City buildings to be built to LEED-Silver or higher; and finish with a “beyond LEED” description of how the LEED checklist has been modified to advance our horizontal (streets and parks) bond projects underway.
