A panel discussion on attaining increased resource efficiency in the built environment through the elevation of building codes. The panel will be moderated by Nichole Goodman from the Alliance for Sustainable Colorado and will include leaders from government, non-profit, business and academia in Colorado. The discussion will explore the avenues and best practices available to jurisdictions in advancing resource efficiency. The panel will explore why now Colorado has the opportunity to make the issue a priority. Additionally, statewide initiatives and policy options will be explored with a focus on the opportunities and ways to overcome possible challenges.
