Featured LEED Certified building:
This 48,000 SF water quality laboratory, for the Colorado Springs Utilities Department, achieved a LEED Silver rating from the US Green Building Council. The building combines beautiful architecture and productive work environments with energy savings and resource-conserving design. Sustainable features were integrated into all aspects of the facility, yielding $50,000 in annual water and energy savings.
